LikeCoin LITE 版旨在提供一條快捷且彈性的申請通道，促進潛在申請者的提案動機。除了提案書的規格要求較為簡略，如非必要，申請者也不須出席工作會議口頭提案並答詢，特別適合仍處於原型（prototype）、技術展示（tech demo）或概念驗證（PoC）階段的開發專案；或者目標明確且能產出具體成果的行銷、推廣或社區運營專案，也可以是較大型計畫的先導型專案。
